The Fall
This is where the photos get interesting. I took my first trad fall, and it was a whipper. The red arrow is about where my FEET were. I know I was 5′ or so above the right arching dark crack, above the last piece of protection up there. The picture is taken at the belay ledge. By the time I stopped dropping, I was about 10′ below where this picture was taken.
